For the person everyone asks
Your own little help desk.
You are the one who fixes the family's computers, or the office's printer. Support Shop turns "can you look at my laptop?" texts into one tidy queue: people send a clear request through your link, you see what is urgent, reply, and keep the fixes that worked.

How it works
From a text at dinner to a request you can actually work.
Share one link
Your shop gets an ask-for-help link. Send it to your family or put it on the office notice board. Anyone with it can send you a request; nobody needs an account.
They describe it properly
The request form asks what you would ask: which device, what happened, the exact error words, what they already tried, how urgent it is. Optionally it adds their browser and system details.
You work the queue
Most urgent first. Reply (they see it on their own status link), keep private notes, mark it done with what fixed it, and save that fix to reuse next time.

What Support Shop is not
It is not a repair service and not a tech support company: it is the desk, you are the help. It sends no email and makes no phone calls, and it never connects to anyone's computer. Shops, requests and status links never show an ad; the public pages carry one small, labelled banner from WeldonPC's own ad network.
- No repairs
- No remote access
- No email, no calls
- No tracking cookies
