Terms

• Support Shop is a tool for sending and tracking help requests between people who know each other. It gives no tech advice of its own beyond the general guide, fixes nothing and is not responsible for what a helper does or advises.
• Use it for your own household, office or group. Do not send anything unlawful, abusive or anyone's passwords through it. A shop owner can delete any request in their shop.
• Shop Pass (when checkout opens): $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year in US dollars through PayPal, renewing until you cancel in PayPal; cancelling keeps the Pass to the end of the paid period. During the preview nothing is charged.
• A shop its owner does not open for 400 days is deleted with everything in it, unless it has a running Shop Pass. Keep your owner link: there are no accounts and a lost link cannot be recovered.
• The site may change or stop. Prices will not rise for a paid period already started.
• Questions about Support Shop, these terms or the Shop Pass: contact WeldonPC, the company that runs it. Questions about a request itself go to the person who runs that shop. Never send an owner link or a password.
