About Support Shop
Most tech support in a family or a small office is one person who knows a bit more than the others. Support Shop is a small tool for that person.
- It gives them one place for requests instead of texts, sticky notes and hallway questions, and it asks the questions they would ask anyway, so a request arrives with the error message and what was already tried.
- It keeps the answers: the requester sees replies on their own status link, and the helper keeps the fixes that worked.
- It is built and run by WeldonPC.com. Support Shop itself sells no one's repair services and does not pass requests to anyone. The public pages (home, the guide, pricing and this page) carry one banner from AdEngine, WeldonPC's own small ad network, which for now shows WeldonPC's own services; shops, request forms and status links never show an ad (see Privacy).
