Free during preview: every Shop Pass feature is on for everyone and nothing is charged.
What the Shop Pass does not include
No repairs, no remote access, no phone line and nobody who calls back: Support Shop is the desk, the helper is you.
Plain terms
When checkout opens:
- The Shop Pass renews each month or year until you cancel it in PayPal. Cancelling keeps the Pass until the end of the period you paid for.
- If the Pass ends, nothing is deleted because of it: every request stays. New requests wait until fewer than 10 are open, and new Saved Fixes until fewer than 3 are kept. As for every shop, one its owner does not open for 400 days is deleted, unless it has a running Shop Pass.
- The Pass belongs to one shop: keep that shop's owner link. There are no accounts, so a lost link cannot be recovered. A shop with a renewing Pass cannot be deleted until you cancel the Pass in PayPal.
- Prices are in US dollars. No selling of anyone's data.
Support Shop is in preview. There is no checkout yet, so there is nothing to buy today. Prices at launch will be these, paid through PayPal.
